Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Reservation Deposit: A $100 deposit is required to secure and confirm your reservation with Level Up Mobile Arcade. This deposit serves as a guarantee and payment for your booking.

2. Cancellation Policy: If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us at least 7 days prior to your scheduled event. Unfortunately, we cannot issue refunds for cancellations made within 7 days of your event.

3. Postponement Option: In the event that you need to cancel your event, Level Up Mobile Arcade will make every effort to accommodate a postponement to another date with no penalty. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we are committed to working with you to find a suitable alternative date.

4. Bad Weather Policy: While Level Up Mobile Arcade is equipped to operate in various weather conditions, severe weather may pose a safety risk to you, your guests, our staff, and equipment. In cases of extreme weather conditions such as lightning, high winds, flooding, heavy rains, snow, or ice, we reserve the right to reschedule your service to ensure everyone's safety.

If inclement weather is anticipated in advance, we will proactively communicate with you to explore alternative options. Your safety and satisfaction are our top priorities, and we are dedicated to providing you with an enjoyable and safe gaming experience.

5. Right to Cancel: Level Up Mobile Arcade reserves the right to cancel and refund your deposit at any time due to unforeseen circumstances or events beyond our control. We will make every effort to communicate with you promptly and offer alternative solutions if necessary.
